Thanks for the review. Having eventually worked out who you are, I contacted you to ask what I had done wrong to receive a one star review. You replied to explain I had laughed at an offer you made. From memory the house in question was getting a great response, was marked up that we were not taking offers and was in fantastic condition, all which would have been explained before making a viewing. Despite this you offered £50,000 less than the asking price. I don't recall laughing, apologies if I did. The house sold/completed at the full asking price.
