Ah James, thank you so much for your very kind review. I am keen to explain to anyone reading this why this review means a lot. James was in a chain selling through a local agent and buying through another local agent. His seller was buying from me. James was on our mailing list so I had his contact details and as the chain progressed, we helped each other doing all we could to unlock various issues that cropped up along the way. James was really keen to help move things forward and I assisted him with achieving this. He informs me I am the only agent of the three he is leaving a review for and bearing in mind I am an agent he didn't sell or buy through, hopefully this is testament to the effort I make to help get people moved.
