We had and accepted an offer on the first open day. Unfortunately they withdrew the offer because our tenant refused to leave! We decided to take it off the market. Jasper Toop maintained regular contract with us whilst we went through the eviction process and we decided to stay with them to remarket the property once we have vacant possession. Three viewings and, just before Christmas, we had a new offer which we accepted. Jasper Toop has continued to be in regular contact with us and Paula Thomson has expertly and in a timely manner progressed the sale process. We have exchanged and complete Friday 10th Feb.
