Professionalism and courtesy
I met several people from the Woodstock office all of whom were courteous and helpful. Martyn’s professionalism and willingness to take time to understand my property needs made a difficult purchase decision easier for me. If I were to instruct an agent to put my house on the market, I would choose Breckon and Breckon in Woodstock. I would be confident in their ability to engender confidence in potential purchasers and to support the sales process throughout.

Great service from start to finish
Great service from Robert and Heather, initially on selling or renting then once I decided to sell, arranging viewings with qualified prospects. A good buyer was found within weeks and communications were efficient right up to exchange of contracts.

Personalised, efficient service
We have been delighted with the services of Breckon and Breckon, who act as letting agents for us. We've had friendly, efficient service, and find staff really approachable and helpful. They have unbeatable knowledge of the local area. We've also recently experienced Breckon acting agents, in a house purchase we made.
