An excellent adviser with excellent advice from a wholly trustworthy firm.
Few people seem to regard Estate Agents very highly, however very much to my surprise I can not praise Suzanne Web highly enough ( Breckon & Breckon Lettings Woodstock office). From start to occupancy Suzanne guided me expertly answering every question rapidly, completely and kept up with my progress toward the letting of my home. At a stage when I was very close to being able to let I had to put everything on hold and Suzanne just said, let me know when you are ready. When I was ready a very pleasant couple were introduced who moved in as and when stated, it seems they are as happy with my home as I am. I thank Suzanne and any other staff I have been in touch with. throughout this letting and wish you all a happy Christmas and prosperous New Year.

Outstanding professional service from Cheryl and Breckon & Breckon Woodstock
After a smooth and successful sale through the Breckon and Breckon Oxford City Centre Office, we were delighted to be able to use the Breckon and Breckon Woodstock Office for our new purchase. The path to exchange proved tricky for us and we wobbled along the way... in fact, we are sure we became difficult purchasers but we were making a life changing decision and a lot was at stake. Cheryl at Breckon and Breckon Woodstock could see this and was outstanding in her approach: she understood what we were looking for, and why. She was able to put the attributes of our intended purchase along with our misgivings into that context. This enabled us to put things into proportion and to see what was truly important. Fantastic service and support
We went to Breckon & Breckon about 2 years ago and managed to purchase a great property within our budget. The sales negotiators were friendly and welcoming, even at the time we had no idea we could actually buy a place. We viewed a couple of places and then decided to place an offer. We were given quick updates and responses, and each stage of the purchasing process was explained clearly. When we needed some more time, Breckon & Breckon was understanding and helped us negotiate a slightly longer period with the seller before exchange, which made the purchase possible. Excellent

Safe hands, reliable advice, just what we needed when trying to move house!
My girfriend and I were combining two property sales with one property purchase - a tricky process at the best of times. Having had a frustrating and challenging time with other local agents (the less said about this the better) we turned to Breckon in Woodstock and in particular Simeon Spencer. Sim listened to what we wanted to acheive and wasn't afraid to offer his considered advice, even when it was not perhaps what we wanted to hear at times! At all stages, Sim and the Breckon team in Woodstock acted with complete professionalism, keeping our small chain viable and offering pragmatic solutions to the inevitable bumps in the process along the way. We're now happily moved in. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Sim and the team at Breckon. I have to admit to being a little bit of a perfectionist and for us they made what was a stressful and slightly challenging house sale and purchase process, relatively simple and easy. If you are reading this and considering what agent to use, then consider no further - in our view, Breckon in Woodstock are without doubt who you are looking for.

Peace of Mind and Fantastic Service
