Very happy
We bought a property through B&B. The process had it's quirks (i.e. a long wait between exchange and completion). Simeon kept in contact as needed and didn't put any pressure on us.

Professional, organised and committed.
Breckon and Breckon are well known to me and were therefore the obvious choice for selling my home. Despite a few challenges, they kept me constantly appraised as to the situation and were committed in delivering the sale. I would highly recommend them as an Agent, whether you are selling or letting your property.

Made a daunting task so easy!
We really cannot recommend Simeon and Breckon and Breckon highly enough. As 1st time buyers all of this could be very daunting and pretty stressful. However, with Simeon in control everything went smoothly from day 1 and our 1st viewing all the way to completion. I will certainly be looking to Breckon and Breckon again in the future and would advise anybody to contact them for their property needs. Thank you from us both.

Breckon and Breckon provided an excellent, attentive and considered service.
Whilst this is the first time we have used Breckon & Breckon, we hope it's not the last. The team at Breckon & Breckon provided a fantastic service from beginning to end. Buying our Home
We were extremely grateful to the Woodstock Team for contacting us as promised when the winning bidders in a 'Sealed Bid' purchase felt unable to continue. It then only took six weeks for US to become the Very Happy Owners of a desirable property in Woodstock - a dream of going back home that was long in the making for me. Exceptional Service
I bought my investment property through the Woodstock Office. The service I received was outstanding, very professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble, I was pretty restricted with when I could view the property, but Breckon & Breckon were very accommodating and worked around the times I was available. Cheryl was very knowledgeable, thorough and kept me updated throughout the sale process. I have no hesitation in recommending Cheryl and her team in the Woodstock Office and if I were to sell in the future I would certainly use Breckon & Breckon.

Sale of house
I was delighted with the service and support I received from Breckon and Breckon at the Woodstock Office. I had been trying to sell for two years with other estate agents who did not give honest evaluations of the property value or maintain interest in the property when it didn't sell in the first few months. B&B not only secured the sale but supported me through the trials of selling the house for which I didn't have much experience. They were realistic about the price, kept me informed at all times during the process and dealt with any queries I had in a timely way. All the staff were excellent but special thanks to Martyn Brittain.

Very Professional person centred service
The Breckon Team in Woodstock worked tirelessly on our behalf to help us sell our property in 2016. They were accessible by phone, text, and email, always responding in a timely manner. They always scheduled viewings with us and provided feedback afterwards. After they recieved an offer they continued to work with us, the purchaser, and solicitors to ensure a successful sale was achieved. We are convinced that without Martyn, Simeon, and Cheryl (The Breckon Team in Woodstock) we would not have sold our property and we would fully recommend them.

Proactive wherever possible, efficiency personified and always friendly
Breckon & Breckon have been exemplary throughout the entire process of buying my house which has ultimately contributed towards the smooth experience I have enjoyed over the last 6 months. Dedicating a person to manage the entire development worked well, because the reliability and commitment to the cause was second to none - I am still receiving strong support post completion date. I have purchased several properties within the area over the last 10 years and have a lot of experience with both Sales and Letting Agents.
