Pleasure to deal with!
We recently had to re-market our property due to a tenant suddenly leaving early. This could have proved extremely difficult for us, but Suzanne took charge, remarketed, and found us a tenant very quickly. She was always very helpful and informative, and keen to make things run smoothly for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending both Breckons and Suzanne.

A very personal approach
I enjoyed dealing with Simeon and the team at Breckon. They are professional and committed without being pushy. During my sale they worked hard on my behalf and steered me in the right direction while always respecting my preferences. I was never made to feel like 'just another client'. A knowledgeable, helpful and high quality service.
In a recent complicated property purchase, I found Breckon & Breckon to be hard working, approachable and to have a comprehensive understanding of the legal and conveyancing difficulties involved in this particular transaction. This enabled essential channels of communication to be maintained between all parties involved which in turn, culminated in a satisfactory outcome for all concerned. Without their expert knowledge this purchase would not have been completed.

Great speedy result

Great service

Highly recommended
Our experience of selling a home through B&B was excellent. We invited a number of agents to speak to us before we put the house on the market. Robert immediately stood out as someone with lots of experience and knowledge of the market in the local area. He answered our questions directly and we felt honestly - we didn’t think he was over selling or underselling and felt very comfortable that he would show our property to potential buyers in a way where the house would be represented positively. Beyond that initial experience we were also highly impressed with the other people we met along the journey from B&B. The marketing material and the photographing experience was first class and provided us with some great tips and ideas on the way to show the house. We were delighted with the end result. Thanks to all at B&B for their help in selling our property.

Great Estate Agents
The staff at Breckon & Breckon are professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone selling/purchasing a property in and around Woodstock. The flat sold for asking price very quickly, however delays with probate and lease extension queries, during lockdown extended the time the sale took to complete - 10 months. Contact during this time between the estate agent and myself, the sellers and the estate agent were as expected and i felt the team had a genuine interest in the 'story' around the sale of the property.
