We were initially introduced to Mark when he sold our first property when he worked for Purple Bricks. Since that move he had left Purple Bricks and started his own company, so when we came to sell our next property as we were really impressed with the service he provided when he was at Purple Bricks we decided to sell our property through his family run company. His fee is higher than some local estate agents however the service he provides is outstanding and worth every penny. He has a keen eye for detail and along with his son took beautiful pictures of our home along with a video tour. He was contactable basically any time of the day or week and would get back to us right away. Although he does have many other properties and clients he made us feel like we were his only client and helped us achieve a price for our property that exceeded our expectations. If we were to ever move again we would sell our property through Mark Buchanan and I will recommend him to any of our friends and family that come to sell their homes as his service is outstanding. About me... I'm Mark Buchanan, husband to Julie and dad to our three boys, Jack, Bailey and Morgan. Born and raised in Cumbria, I have spent most of my life living in Workington and have worked across the entire county.
