I recently purchased a house which Mark was marketing, I can honestly say he made the process very easy. As a first time buyer I was very unsure of the process, he answered all of my silly questions with patience and kindness, kept me up to date with everything as things were progressing and met me at the house with the keys once the purchase had gone through to check that everything was okay, he even helped me get the water switched on!! He offers a bespoke and personalised service and that was certainly my experience. I would highly recommend Mark and Julie if you are buying or selling, they are honest, realistic, very good at what they do, and they are also lovely people.
