First time renting. Jan pushed me to view the property and I'm so glad I did. It is exactly what I was after. Jan was so kind and helpful and answered all of my questions. Also, is still there at the end of an email for any other questions. Would HIGHLY recommend using Jan and the staff at Briscombe.
