I received an absolutely faultless service from BNS when selling and buying my new home through them! All the staff were amazing however particular thanks to John Nutter! He is such a kind hearted person and nothing was ever too much trouble, he was very sensitive to our family circumstances during our move (as we were imminently due another baby). I personally would not use another estate agent other than BNS, family and friends have (we have lived in the area 30 years plus) and they have all said they haven't received a service like ours! I can not speak highly enough of them.
