I have had quite an involved, time consuming and at times difficult house sale which has been dealt with in a most professional manner by Briscombe, Nutter and Staff. I won't relate my circumstances for obvious reasons but I have had cause to place my house on the market twice since 2008 initially, during the great downturn of the economy and recently during the "Brexit" period and have had quite a few moments of despair.
