Can you please respond. Over a year in a unfit property covered in mould. With two daughters and a baby on a way and I can't apply for a council until you give me a eviction letter.and don't bother with you can always look for elsewhere it shouldn't take a year to be left in this condition.

I am receiving a lot of spam letters about a renewal of tenancy. I have more than 5 letters now. This is getting rediculous. Please stop!

They booked me in for viewing a property, wich they alredy showed to another person, and they alredy started the application process. My appointment was cancelled for the viewing, wich is alright these things happen, but what it's not alright is that they offered me a slot even though they knew someone alredy put an application through for the property. They messed up my whole Saturday, because I had to reschedule everything for that day! The behaviour and the mindset of these people absolutely disgust me!!NegativeProfessionalism

Avoid, avoid, avoid unless you want the most painful experience which will cost you time, money and a huge headache. I have been both a landlord renting out a property through Briscombe and a seller of a property with them as the agent. Communication is atrocious, you have to nag to get any sort of response. Even then, it’s curt at best and rude at worst. I am in utter disbelief that they are still in business. They will promise you the world then not answer calls or emails when selling, and in the lettings space, if you are a landlord, the tenant can damage your home and yet they will take their side and tell you that you must pay the full deposit back. The only thing they look out for is their own P&L; zero care for customer or service.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I tried to view 3 homes being let by Briscombe. We were met by a lovely young man who showed us the first home and we were told there no applications. I called them to send mine in and they emailed me two days later saying my application can’t continue because they had another one... why not tell me on the phone and save me time? For the second home, they wouldn’t schedule a viewing for a home that was posted the night before I inquired about it. So why not remove it from your site and save everyone time? The last home we sent in an application for I had to speak with Jan who is not a pleasant person via email or by phone call, she’s also quite slow to respond and the company seemed offended when I asked them to delete my personal data. I’ve not let with them, but trying to get them to help with viewings and communication via email and phone was not the best.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
