Customer service of supreme levels

We found this agent through research. Everything we read or heard said they were good, but experiencing it was even better. They are super friendly and very young and vibrant, Don't let this fool you. They are tirelessly professional, pursue problems to the bitter end on your behalf and make everything as easy and pleasant as they can. They have both sold a property for us and let a property for us. We tried other letting agents in the area and this is the only one that ticks every box. My house sale was lots of trouble, but I never felt like the unwelcome or difficult customer during communications. They earn every penny of any commission they make, which btw is also a very reasonable charge. There are too many good and nice staff there to name.
