My partner and I applied for a tenancy and returned the paperwork the next day, after a week of no response, we phone Whitegates. Their response was simply "We haven't heard anything from the landlord yet." - We give them another week to get in touch with the landlord, phone them again, same statement. Finally, we go into their office to speak with them to which they reply "Your application was denied" with no further information as to why or anything else. I'd avoid this location at all costs. Terrible staff, terrible agency.
