We are not just impressed because he sold our house in a matter of days for the full asking price, but everything else besides. Jodie went the extra mile for us. He is also a very nice person and very professional. We are very grateful for the time given to us to discuss the asking price. Jodie's knowledge, experience and expertise were very apparent and extremely helpful to us in arriving at a price we were all in agreement with and that we as sellers were comfortable with. Viewings were well organised, at times to suit us and usually in blocks over a couple of hours so that each day's viewings were over and done with in one go. We have been kept informed at every stage about all aspects of the sale. We are also receiving great help and support in our search for our next home. Jonathan at Ewemove, who we met first, some months before we were ready to sell but were seriously considering it, also impressed us.
