Donna was such a breath of fresh air for myself and my family, and she made the entire process from start to finish so smooth and stress-free. She was always so professional in her responses, and the timing of her responses, which eased my mind so much. Donna was kind, compassionate and selfless towards us, and I think her being a mum herself, allowed her to put herself in my shoes with certain situations. She was always willing to listen and give feedback, and we appreciated her so much. Whomever has the pleasure of getting Donna as their Lettings Coordinator after us, will definitely be pleased with what she brings to the table. Also as our landlords decided to sell, Chris @ Northwood York helped us with our situation and worked with us as we went through the process of buying our first house. Really really helpful. Made what could have been quite a scary situation really easy.
