As a tenant- I have had, and continue to have an easy, customer focussed and friendly experience. From the first point of contact I have found all staff responsive, efficient professional and kind. (I have mostly had contact with Donna and Adam). Amazing work. I don't think any other letting agents will compare!

All the staff at Northwood were really helpful and efficient, particularly Chris and Donna. Emails were almost always answered very promptly, and always thoroughly and clearly. We had a problem due to needing to move during the Covid lockdown, and Chris and Donna did everything they could to negotiate with the landlord for a delay and help us deal with the situation.

So far a very positive experience with Northwood staff. Everyone I've come across during my application to rent has been very helpful, friendly and prompt with their responses which has really put my mind at ease. This will be the first time I've rented a property alone and I feel like I'm in safe hands. Looking forward to moving in next week!
