Good estate agents but viewings are quite jam packed so bear that in mind. I did not like one particular person's telephone manners much from the brief conversation I had with him. I felt like he was quite abrupt and lacked tact, but I'll leave it at that. I had the pleasure of dealing with an estate agent named Ruby whom was very helpful from the get go. The landlord was also great and very accommodating with move in dates. Plus marks on staying behind an hour after closing so that I could pick up my keys that was nice of them. All in all my experience was good, my questions were always answered promptly by Ruby or a call back was received shortly after once she had finished helping another client. Thanks Hasan

Despite an initial negative experience where we enquired about a property and were asked to submit information to be considered but failed to receive any update or response despite several follow-up enquiries, our experience with Martin & Co (Jess and Verity in particular) was nothing short of brilliant (we put the first experience down to the understandable issues the staff likely faced post-COVID and the subsequent industry boom that followed). Our second enquiry, for the property we are currently in the process of securing, was dealt with swiftly, and in a very personal, friendly manner. Communication was concise and timely.
