We have been using Belvoir since our son left the flat after finishing uni, some 7 years ago. During that time we have always had a good relationship with them. They do return your calls, they do remit the money on time, they do keep you informed on matters relating to your property and changes in legislation, they do organise work to be done at reasonable prices - in short, they operate as a professional organisation, much better than some others that we have had to use in other parts of the country. Being a landlord, some 600 miles south is made easy - happy to recommend them if you are looking for a letting agent in Aberdeen

My husband and I have a lease with Belvoir in Aberdeen and we have found that it (so far) is a great company. We have been on our lease for almost 6 months now and any communication with them is quick and effective. The couple of times we needed something done the response time has been great and everyone is very helpful. Everyone is helpful in the office and want the best for you in the accommodation that they are leasing out to you on behalf of the landlord.

We mave had excellent service from Belvoir for 5 to 6 years now. They have a team of courteous, knowledgeable and professional staff who back each other whoever you speak with. They seem to really care for their Landlords and Tenants with a personal touch. I have been a client with the Belvoir Team in Aberdeen pretty much since they started in the city around 2005. We have had up to 35 properties under their careful management for that period, with a wide variety of properties from larger HMO in city centre to smaller units in Torry. The team have been nothing short of "wonderful" in supporting us as investors and landlords in the city for this period. The team are attentive and courteous, caring so well for both the landord needs and also offering a great service level to the real customers, namely the tenants. I have experience of so many letting agents in UK and in Europe, but Belvoir in Aberdeen are without question the best I have come across in tenant and property management and I would recommend them to any landlord looking for a safe and profitable home for their portfolio.

I'll give it 4 stars because it's been by far the most helpful agency I've dealt with. Still some improvements to be done. Our agent would sometimes forget to do stuff and would need to remind. Whenever we needed something fixed someone came to help.

There was a 6-month period during the (first) lockdown when viewings were not possible but all the same, a lot of co-ordination became necessary when issues (utility supply, furniture removal, condition checking) arose.
