But if I am honest the 5 stars are because of Chloe Jenkinson who contacted us a few weeks after we had had an offer accepted to see how the move was progressing. She answered every email, called me back when I wasn't able to speak to her and generally went above and beyond consistently. There was a small issue that occurred, that wasn't anything to do with her, but she apologised even when she didn't have to. Which just highlights her sympathetic nature and thorough understanding of the stresses of moving. The moment Chloe got involved our stress levels more than halved, so I couldn't speak highly enough of her.

As an investor from London, it was crucial that I made the right decision in which agent will be managing the sale of my property. The service from the very beginning to the very end was flawless from the realistic property valuation, daily calls and feedback after every property viewing.
