I just bought a home through Mortimers and I could not have asked for a better estate agent to have gone with during this entire process, even with a few unfortunate setbacks that were no one's fault. This is largely in part to my sales negotiator, Chloe at the Accrington branch, being an absolute star who has gone above and beyond in keeping me in the loop every step of the way while also going out of her way to explain aspects to the process to me that I was unfamiliar with due to it being a first time buyer. She has been amazing; wonderful to talk to, incredibly involved and communicative, which had helped make any issues that cropped up less daunting and stressful and I couldn't be more appreciative of it if I tried. I would certainly go with Mortimers again if given the opportunity 😊

I have recently completed on the purchase of an apartment through Mortimers Accrington. Everyone we have dealt with at the Accrington Branch has been fantastic to work with. Chloe Jenkinson was my main contact and managed the whole project from start to finish. Chloe is the most helpful, professional, efficient agent you could hope to deal with. She went more than the "extra mile" to ensure we had a trouble free smooth experience. Her involvement in chasing solicitors, on both sides, made a significant difference to the completion date. I cannot speak highly enough of Chloe's ability to make things happen. If you are looking to buy or sell and want a hassle free experience then you need look no further than Mortimers.

Wow! How refreshing to get an estate agent that does what they say they're going to do. In particular Waol who has handled both my sale and purchase in a professional yet friendly manner. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she kept me updated throughout. Although I dealt with Waol, everyone in the Accrington branch was knowledgeable and helpful and knew exactly where the sale and purchase was at whenever I phoned. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mortimer's and would definitely use them again (hopefully I won't be moving for a good while though).

Purchasing a property through Mortimer's has been a great experience. The best part of this was Chloe - our sales negotiator. If you want someone to diligently follow up, communicate clearly and frequently - she is the one! She has been excellent in keeping all parties in sync and pushing solicitors for updates. Despite me being in a different time zone - she would email me updates and always return my calls instantly.. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with!

James, Chloe and the rest of the staff at Mortimers Accrington have been fantastic throughout what has been a difficult period resolving probate and dealing with our late mothers property. After the initial buyer pulled out just before Xmas they quickly organised viewings and we received another offer within 48 hrs, in what is an increasingly difficult marketplace. James always had time to speak and arrange additional services associated with the removal of goods etc (given I live 250 miles away). Thanks again!

I've very recently purchased a house through Mortimers and what can I say apart from: what excellent service!! Chloe the Sales Negotiator for the house was brilliant throughout the process and ensured we were kept up to date at all times. Chris is brilliant, really good at his job.He was with us throughout the whole experience, from showing potential buyers around the house to liaising with solicitors and other agents, he was professorial yet friendly and caring.
