Frosts we’re the third estate agent we appointed when trying to sell a retirement apartment in Amersham. Retirement apartments are notoriously difficult to sell but Josh, who was handling our sale, did a great job, as did the manager of the Amersham branch. Josh kept in regular touch about any progress - or lack of ( which is just as important) - and we had useful advice on price from the manager. We felt they took a personal interest in our sale. It took a long time, but eventually, a buyer came along and the sale process was handled efficiently and professionally. Again, we were kept regularly informed at every stage. In all, it took nearly 3 years and 3 Estate Agents, to sell the apartment but Josh and the team really persevered and we got there in the end. So, a big ‘Thank you’ to Frosts in Amersham.
