A very professional and efficient experience !!

Always feel assured when speaking to the Belvoir Letting team, in the years that I've had dealing with them, no bad experiences so far.

Belvoir Andover have been looking after the fully managed rental of our 2-bedroom coach house for 3 years now. We have been pleased with their service and in particular the selection of quality tenants with few gaps between tenants at changeover.

They helped me to find a place really soon and were really nice and kind. I would like to say that specially Delia Thing who was the first person i talked with was a tremendous help and really really nice! Nicola was really great as well.

They were able to move me in very quickly, about 5 days after confirming interest in the property I rent, so props for that. Customer service is generally reactive and quite friendly (except for a member of their staff who can get a bit moody...) Overall good experience with only a few minor downsides, which is why I'm not giving a 5 star rating. Hope to continue with them in the future.

This review only relates to Delia at Belvoir Andover and no one else employed at the Andover branch. Delia was exceptionally helpful showing me around the property and answering all my questions and concerns. I would recommend Delia to anyone exploring renting a property and was more than pleased with the service she provided.

Fantastic estate agents jessica helped us get our dream home and was friendly amd helpful every step. Of the way. Would absolutely recommend them.
