Sent a request online to book a valuation and tried to call to book one several times. Safe to say if they are this hard to get hold of or get a response of when you are trying to bring them business, it fills me for no hope how they would be when trusted to sell our house. will be going elsewhere

I note the vast majority of reviews are regarding mortgages or purchasing, not for rentals or sales because if this is what you need them for then really do not bother. I cannot express just how bad they are, never replying to emails, not supplying information, not doing what you ask them and wasting everyone’s time. Shocking service!

Sorry, but this is the worst agency we have had to work with in the last month! They are very irresponsible at work, do not respond to calls and emails. We had house viewings canceled on the last day, and other bookings should not be followed up for several days, and you can definitely get involved with them only when they want to. We have a terrible experience with them!
