Irresponsible and disrespectful act from them! I had an appointment today for a viewing and no one came to attend my family and me! They even don’t deserve 1 star!

Very poor i left several message fir David mother's head to call me back and he never did. Very unprofessional in my opinion as each time I called back I was told the messages had been passed to him.

We are first time buyers who were interested in a property. Viewing can only happen when mortgage in principle and proof of funds has been given. We provided this and they arranged a viewing 2 weeks later (we had come out of self isolation and according to Ryder and Dutton's policy, we must wait 14 days before a viewing can take place). The property was sold subject to contract to someone else and nobody bothered to inform us or gave us a chance to view the property and put an offer. This is so unprofessional. Why bother asking for proof of funds and mortgage in principle if they wont even let us view the property.

At the time you contacted us, the property had been on the market for a week and had been receiving a large amount of viewings and offers in that time period. As some of these offers were in excess of our clients expectations, they requested that any further viewings be cancelled so they could agree a sale and secure their dream home. It would have been unprofessional of us to advise them against this and I am confident had you been our selling client you would have wanted us to act in your best interests as well. I note that you said nobody informed you, however I can see that a colleague contacted you to advise that our client had requested us to cancel any further viewings. I am sorry that you feel our service fell below your expectations, however the market is very competitive currently and as we can only sell a property to one buyer, there will naturally be some disappointment from those that miss out. Twice I have tried to phone for Information reference selling my house. Twice been promised a call back but didn’t happen. They are not transparent about their charges, hence my attempts at contacting them. Then I phoned Saturday but we’re closed even though their website states they are open on Saturdays, so they cannot be bothered updating their opening hours during this pandemic! Another local estate agents I contacted at the first attempt quoted me £1500 + vat on completion only. I would not trust a company who is very defensive about advertising their charges, lack of response.

Hi Richard, Thank you for your review and raising your concerns. Naturally we are disappointed to see that you felt our service only warranted one star. We have checked through all the messages received over the last few weeks but have been unable to trace any of your calls. As our fees can differ depending on the value of the house, we are unable to advertise these as it may be misleading to our clients, however all fees are fully discussed on the free market appraisal so you can make an informed decision. In regards to the hours advertised on our website, these are stated as telephone opening times only due to the current pandemic and therefore are correct. Stop using Instagram filters on your photos! I have been to these houses so I know they have been doctored as they look nothing like your photos. It's sad that you have to con people to view your houses. I am sure this is illegal and if not it should be as this is misleading. It has come to a point that when we see a house on right move we don't bother viewing it as it could result in us wasting our time again!
