Me and my husband was looking a house for a long term. But then process was so easy and moved in as soon as podu or through martin and co. Angela was very kind and calm, answered all our questions and guided us on each and every process. And now we are in our new house happily. Thanking martin and co for it.

Absolutely brilliant. I sell a property or 2 each year in different regions and out of all the estate agents I have use I must say Martin & Co are by far the best. Proffesional , knowledgeable and really enjoy what they do. Quick sale and great communication throughout. If your selling in Ayr and surrounding areas then you won't get better. Brilliant!!

I thoroughly recommend Martin & Co. Estate agents. Jamie was professional and consistent with appointments, paperwork and any other queries I had. From the beginning, I explained my necessities for what would suit my family unit. Jamie really listened and delivered a service that was above and beyond. Never having to repeat myself or follow up on outstanding issues as they were already being met.
