First rate service. Efficient. Friendly. Was worried about the application process,but Michelle and Zak took me through the process professionally. A small gift box was included on receipt of the keys that was brilliant.

Martin & Co. I find Martin & Co to have an excellent service for my private rental flat. Any rare time that I have had to contact them, they have been both quick and attentive to my queries, with positive end results. I have found staff at Ayr office both friendly and helpful with any small problems I've had. Communication is really good in keeping me informed and up to date with safety, inspection visits and local office holiday closures. GeoNap

I was looking for a property in Ayr, and contacted the team. One of the representatives, Michelle she called me updated about one the available property. Since I was a full time working doctor, weekdays viewing was not suitable as I was living 100 miles away. She specially made arrangements on Saturday, and came for viewings despite she had other family commitments.Whole process till landing into new home was flawless. Zak, one of the other team members and Michelle stayed till the end of the day in office so we could collect keys. He was responsive and very friendly in dealing. All in all. I would like to go on with them for future property related stuff.

My partner and I had the most wonderful experience with Martin & Co Ayr Letting in obtaining a rental property in Prestwick town. Helen, Zak and their team were outstanding in getting everything done efficiently and effectively from viewing the apartment to signing documents off. They assisted us throughout every step of the way while maintaining a positive and professional air with us. I was also quite surprised and pleased with the little gift I got when I went to collect the keys. It was a nice touch to customer service and also refreshing to see so much care from a letting agency. Thank you!
