I've had a fantastic experience with Martin & Co finding my new home. Representatives are very friendly, and they cared for every question I had. I got the flat clean, tidy and well decorated. They appreciated how tight on time I was, and did everything to get the process done in time. Couldn't recommend enough!

We had recently problem with the washing machine, we contacted the agency and in a couple of days the contractor came for evaluation. In a matter of a few minutes he established the verdict; you need a new device. Then, the next day the landlord approved the replacement, and very early on the second day, on a Saturday, the new device was installed. No hassle at all! We are very pleased with the new washing machine, it's very quiet and is accepting a high load. The contractor worked very quickly and did a great job. Overall, a nice experience despite the initial trouble with the old machine.

The team were great - helpful with getting all the required paperwork together and very patient with us. We did a lot of the admin online, which was convenient and saved us time and travel. Our agent Helen was very welcoming and explained everything to us. And they also gave us a lovely little welcome box for our new home! Definitely had a more personal approach than other agents we've dealt with.
