Highly professional but with the personal touch
I was hugely impressed by the service offered by Sarka and her team. My flat was going to become vacant a few days before Christmas, not the best time by any means, but Sarka was on the case straightaway and I soon had a highly professional advert up in all the right places with all the paperwork taken care of. I was somewhat out of her area but this didn't affect things at all. Very impressed and I can recommend Distinct without hesitation.

Perfect service
Maria literally saved me! Having recently come to work in the UK from Greece, I was new to renting in the UK & not familiar with the process, and on the same time I had to work long hours. I was totally disappointed until I found these agents. -A viewing was arranged quickly, I liked the property and wanted to apply. -The agent explained the process at the property viewing and helped me complete an application/move all forward quickly. Properties in the local area were letting quickly so I really appreciated this extra help. - I reserved the property at the viewing which enabled my move to be planned ahead. - The agent kept in touch & all went smoothly moving in as soon as the previous tenant had vacated

A breath of fresh air
Sarka at Distinct came to my rescue after I had put up with appalling service for years from a well known agent. Just a few days before Christmas enough was enough. I wish I had made the leap years ago. I couldn't face the hassle or cost of leaving despite the poor service I was receiving but Sarka guided me through this and took care of everything promptly and professionally. I whole heartedly would recommend Sarka at Distinct

Personal service, second to none. Made renting a positive pleasure.

Extremely great and professional service.

House Hunting
I emailed distinct estate agents enquiring about a property I wanted to view, I was contacted back quickly and spoke to a lovely lady called Sharka who explained everything to me effiently and an appointment was made promptly for me to view the property. When I arrived at the property I was met by another lovely lady called Maria who showed me around the property and answered my questions and explained how the process worked, my application was sent in and processed within three days, they run a fast and effient service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, anyone wanted to buy or rent a property from distinct estate agents do not hesitate to go with them you won't be dissapointed, I am now moving into my property next week and I am a very happy customer. Excellent Estate Agent
Our involvement with Sarka and Maria has been through our property sale. Their professionalism has been superb throughout our dealings with them. Every aspect has been covered with clear advice and support. However, it has been their clear communication that has been the most outstanding. They obviously communicate well with each other as they always knew the situation with the property sale. They also communicated regularly with me and not just in normal 9-5 hours. Always available. Fantastic Professional and Friendly Service
Distinct Estate Agents have been fantastic from start to finish. As soon as we decided to sell our property with Distinct they were speedy in getting us on the market. Offering helpful advice along the way they kept us informed at all stages of the process. We were also fortune to get a quick sale which I'm sure was due to the efficiency and professionalism of Distinct. I would highly recommend.

I can not stress enough how highly I would recommend working with them.
These girls really know lettings inside out! This included advice on how to handle difficult negotiations with my former tenants and former letting agent, getting me more money from the deposit. In less then 24 hours of advertising the property, they had received masses of requests, within the following week they did 12 viewing and were really to keen to help me choose the "right person" rather than the first person interested. They were proactive, keep me informed at every stage and gave regular feedback. From the point the marketing went live the ideal tenant was in within 2 weeks. I can not stress enough how highly I would recommend working with them.
