They have handled the transfer from my previous agency thoroughly, promptly, & professionally. My billing arrangements are not straightforward, but they have got it correct from day one (it took my previous agency several months to achieve this!) Would definately recommend.

honest ,trustworthy,
i met th the distinct agent when i was viewing a property for investment. she was very clear on all aspects of the property & could give me all the information i needed to make my choices. i eventually purchased a property from another agent which suited my needs. the distinct agent stayed in touch with welcome advice about several property`s . on rental potential & valuations! after my purchase was completed the distinct agent met me at the property to advise on what work was needed to improve & add value also give it potential for rental or sale . after a short time (a week) she found me a single professional lady tenant which will be moving in 10 days later.

Excellent Service
My daughter needed to relocate to Daventry on a tight timescale and Distinct Estate Agency had the perfect property. Distinct gave a personal approach and pro-actively provided weekly updates on letting of my property. I was in a safe pair of hands. They made a number of suggestions that might assist in the letting of my property which for a nominal investment did the trick. They care and charge a fair price for the service that they deliver. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

Stress Free and Easy
Maria was great to deal with and very responsive and flexible for a smooth hassle-free few days to have everything organised and confirmed. After viewing the property on a Saturday morning, I decided it was the right fit for me, so spoke to Maria who had it reserved for me very quickly. The application process was completed very conveniently and quickly that weekend. Referencing was also very quick and took less than a working week. Communication at all times through the referencing was great. Overall my experience was very good, and it was summed up by the team organising the acceptance of my bed prior to moving in (which was hugely helpful!). Many Thanks! Clive.

Really nice people
I chose Distinct Estate Agents to sell my Leamington apartment as a property investment with a tenant in situ. Within 24 hours of the marketing going live, they had booked 11 viewings Their research and marketing preparation was really thorough helping buyers make a fast decision and they really understood the lettings market as well as the sales side Within 4 days, I received a full asking price offer The communication and follow through has been so good, I've just instructed them to sell a 2nd property for me

Sale of Property
I would like endorse the service provided by Distinct Estate Agents in the sale of one of my properties. Throughout the sales process Sarka provided both a professional service whilst maintaining a personal one to one approach in the management of the sale with myself as the vendor along with that of the purchaser. Liaising between all parties together with the respective solicitors ensured a smooth process in ensuring that the sale completed within the required defined time scales. Excellent service
Sarka was impressively professional throughout. I had the flat with two different well known local agents and they did next to nothing for me. It was only when I involved Sarka that I started to get interest because of the way that she marketed the property. She found two quality tenants very quickly and the second couple took on the flat. and are very happy there. Communication was excellent, Sarka always returned my calls and texts no matter what time of day. Thoroughly recommended.

Attention to detail
Has been excellent in handling whole process. My Agent has done more than I expected any Agent to do. She has been prompt, efficient, effective and did exactly what was asked of her. I would highly recommend Distinct Estate Agents.
