Distinct Estate Agents started with sound pricing advice based on a comprehensive review of similar properties to mine and we achieved the asking price. confident that the price was achievable and slightly above my initial expectations. But more than this Sarka and Maria were always helpful and available; with feedback from viewings, plenty of notice for viewing appointments and then a text when they'd finished to say the property is free .... all little touches that help make the process as simple as possible. And once we'd received an offer and the property was off the market they were still there, chivying the lawyers along, making sure everything was running smoothly even helping my buyers out when they got themselves into a bit of a muddle I can't recommend these guys highly enough. I previously tried to sell my large country home through a high street estate agent in 2014 and whilst this unfortunately wasn't successful, the fees would have been around £16,000. In almost a year, there were a few sporadic viewings yet no sale. We then had a change in circumstances and took the house off the market. Outstanding!

I've had dealings with many estate agents over the years and almost without exception they have been sorry experiences. In contrast, however, Sarka from Distinct Estate Agents is a revelation! She brings a whole new level of superb customer service to a much maligned industry. She gave me and my wife wise and accurate professional advice on our investment and when we were unable to project manage the major refurbishment due to living many miles away we were happy to hand over the whole project to Sarka. It could not have been handled better, Sarka took care of everything but kept us informed throughout. She specified and sourced materials, fixtures and fittings, engaged contractors and ensured the property was renovated to a superb standard that aligned with it's value. The refurbishment was finished on time and to the previously agreed and reasonable budget. There was only one very small issue and this was quickly resolved with a phone call. We lost no sleep over any this as we felt very safe I Sarka's hands and supremely confident in her ability. Imagine our surprise when Sarka called the morning after signing off the work to say she had found a suitable tenant and at a rent very much at the high end for the location. We had high expectations of Distinct Estate Agents after reading glowing reviews but Sarka and her team exceeded these by a country mile!

Excellent service

Sarka provided us with a wonderfully helpful personalised service. She gave us invaluable advice on renovations needed and these together with excellent marketing resulted in the property being let at a higher then expected rent (given equivalent properties in the area) within 24 hours! Moreover there was a queue of three more who had viewed and would have liked the property!
