From the moment Tim Goodwin came to value our house we where made to feel at ease and confident in the team. The turnaround from when we instructed them to our first viewing was a matter of days - as busy self employed people we where unable to do viewings so the team undertook all viewings for us - completely hassle free for us! Professional, personal and helpful,

Just bought our new home through Williams & Goodwin. The house we wished to view was arranged for the next day at a time convenient to us. We were met at the property and we're professionally shown around, the agent was knowledgeable, he didn't rush us and most importantly he wasn't pushy. He knew the property and surrounding area inside out, (it was in fact Mr Goodwin himself). We loved the property so much we made a realistic offer, the agent taking the call was enthusiastic and resourceful, I felt that she was genuinely interested in helping us get this property, after some negotiations we agreed on a price and from that moment on from offer to completion the same agent dealt with us, we were kept up to date with the whole process, when the solicitors were felt to be not moving as quickly as expected the agent was able to quickly intervene and guide both us the buyers and the seller to speed things up. In summary we have been extremely impressed with Williams & Goodwin estate agents. And wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future to buy or sell a property.

Very influential in pushing my deal through when neither solicitor involved appeared to be prioritising things. Pleasant, polite and well informed staff. Could not fault my experience at all.

Having bought a property through Williams and Goodwin 12 years ago, there was no doubt in our mind who to turn to when selling on. The advice that Tim gave in our initial meeting was invaluable. Nadine and the team in Bangor worked hard on our behalf and were always at the end of the phone to help or answer any queries. The marketing of the property was done in a professional but also personal way. When we then decided to 'let' our property, the transition from sellers to landlords was seamless, dealing then with staff at the Llangefni branch. Tenants were found within a day of marketing and as first time landlords, the advice given by Emily was so very helpful.
