Very smooth transaction

As first time buyers, my wife and I had no clue in purchasing a house and as soon as we had our first house visit with Tim i knew we had nothing to worry about. His knowledge was fantastic as were his ideas for home improvements. Tim was also flexible enough to meet us on his way home from work to enable us a 2nd visit which fitted around our hectic schedule. I can't say enough good things about Nadine who dealt with us for everything else. From the first phone call she was polite,professional and above all else spoke in a manor that put you at ease explaining each process step by step. Julia and Nadine were consummate profressionals and were the reason we stuck with the purchase of our bungalow. They kept us up to date every step of the way making a very protracted stressful purchase due to a somewhat difficult vender as easy as they possibly could. I only wish that the agent who sold our home had been as good. I would have no hesitation in recommending this agent for either a potential seller or buyer.

Phoned for a valuation on my parents property,spoke to Sian Jones who was very helpful and arranged for somebody to come out to suit around my schedule.A gentleman called Dafydd came to do the valuation he was also very helpul and proffesional.He arrived on time and was very polite.
