Very helpful and friendly staff

I was corresponding with a member of staff named Emily, who was very helpful and friendly. She fully answered each of my questions and explained everything to me properly. I have more of an idea of what I'm looking for and what better suits me thanks to Emily's assistance. Quality of staff is 5 stars.

They are helping my family sell several properties. Despite the reviews on Google, you will find a much more realistic reflection on rate us. I have found the staff prompt, professional, furthermore we have not experienced any issues with costs at all and can only imagine another run down estate agent has left atleast one of these comments whom are trying to reflect their own poor performance and incompetence. Williams and Goodwin are great!

The whole team, especially Vanessa & Claire, at the Williams & Goodwin office in Bangor were professional, helpful and efficient right from the outset. From the first visit they were clear on what they were offering and kept those promises. They accompanied our viewers but kept us informed and reported back after every one. They liaised with our solicitor and smoothed over some stressful moments towards the end. The property was well advertised and it was sold in a very reasonable time. We would highly recommend them.

He was really quick responding to any queries I had and fast to sort anything that needed doing, he made both moving in and moving out easy and as stress free as possible.
