Very pleased with the service received from the Property People. All queries were answered promptly and I was kept up to date with progress at all times. Buying and selling houses is very stressful, but they definitely eased the stress rather than adding to it. I have used this company in the past, and will definitely use them again.

I'm currently towards the end of my first home purchase and I've been dealing with Claire. Having rented the property through williams & goodwins, I have received a lot of helps ranged from minor to major problems. Although I had an advantage to live near the office, any enquiries through a phone call was quick and easy and they helped their best to sort my problems as soon as possible.

My apartment in Rhos on Sea, purchased new, had,due to personal circumstances been little used and was fully furnished to a high standard The time had come to make the decision to sell. It was subsequently placed with a local estate agent and was with them for some considerable time producing little or no interest or more importantly no feedback. Whilst I fully accept that the market was and has been challenging in recent years it left me with the view "could do better" and I decided to source another agent and had read that Williams & Goodwin had won awards at that time which impressed me. As a result I placed the property with them, and whilst the market does not appear to have changed significantly their communications left me in no doubt that they were really working on my behalf (my sincere thanks to Julia for her efforts throughout!) We had a significant upturn in interest this May resulting in completion on the 7th inst!!! Finally I should point out that I live 70+ miles away from the property so all viewings were handled by Williams & Goodwin with feedback on all of them..
