Brillaint

Absolutely brilliant in every way - thank you so much for helping us with our first BTL house by answering the million questions I had on a daily basis. I hope I didn't test your patience to much. Thank you again, couldn't have done it without you - we'll be back as soon as I can find some more pennies :)

Excellent service from initial valuation to completion

Very pleased with the service received from the Property People. All queries were answered promptly and I was kept up to date with progress at all times. Buying and selling houses is very stressful, but they definitely eased the stress rather than adding to it. I have used this company in the past, and will definitely use them again.

Excellent service from Claire

I'm currently towards the end of my first home purchase and I've been dealing with Claire. Nothing has been too much trouble and she's supported me throughout the process with infinite patience, even when I've been unsure of what I should be doing! So far it's been practically stress free, mostly thanks to Claire and her being so on top of everything. Thank you Claire!

Kind and convinient agents

Having rented the property through williams & goodwins, I have received a lot of helps ranged from minor to major problems. Although I had an advantage to live near the office, any enquiries through a phone call was quick and easy and they helped their best to sort my problems as soon as possible.

My sincere thanks for a challenging job professionally done! Thank you all at W & G!!!

My apartment in Rhos on Sea, purchased new, had,due to personal circumstances been little used and was fully furnished to a high standard The time had come to make the decision to sell. It was subsequently placed with a local estate agent and was with them for some considerable time producing little or no interest or more importantly no feedback. Whilst I fully accept that the market was and has been challenging in recent years it left me with the view "could do better" and I decided to source another agent and had read that Williams & Goodwin had won awards at that time which impressed me. As a result I placed the property with them, and whilst the market does not appear to have changed significantly their communications left me in no doubt that they were really working on my behalf (my sincere thanks to Julia for her efforts throughout!) We had a significant upturn in interest this May resulting in completion on the 7th inst!!! Finally I should point out that I live 70+ miles away from the property so all viewings were handled by Williams & Goodwin with feedback on all of them.. I write this as a very satisfied client with no personal links to the business. Grahame Sutton.

Full satisfaction with Bangor Sales and Lettings Office (Williams & Goodwin)

The office was always very helpful, and the agent friendly and quick to act. I definitely recommend the branch to other tenants!

Buyer only review

As with most house buyers, I'm becoming intimately involved with many estate agents, desperate to find my 'forever home'. This particular estate agent's team has gone out of their way time and time again to look for houses that may suit me and my husband. At every viewing, our encounter has been positive; their agents seem genuine, friendly people who listen to us, are knowledgable and sincere. I have every faith they'll find us our dream home soon!

Communication very good

When we decided to put our property on the market we decided to go with Williams & Goodwin Property People. As the years went by we decided for two estate agents to sell it, and Williams & Goodwin that sold it. As I bought my property 17 years ago things have changed when selling your house that I was unaware of but explained to me as we were going along that route. It can be a very stressful time especially when there is a chain and everybody has to work together, I found Nadine Calveley at the Bangor Office to be very helpful in communication and also explaining what was going to happen, when and if I phoned the office regarding something she would either tell me then or she would phone me back. I'm glad it's all over. Thanks again Nadine we got there in the end Mr & Mrs M Healy

Sold and bought through williams and goodwin- Bangor

We sold our property and bought our new home with williams and goodwin, Bangor. We can't recommend them highly enough. We received excellent customer sercive from all the staff but especially Nadine. We were always kept informed with all aspects of the sale and purchase. We sold quickly and bought quickly with no faults thanks to this dedicated agent. They really are fantastic. Thank you!
