As with most house buyers, I'm becoming intimately involved with many estate agents, desperate to find my 'forever home'. This particular estate agent's team has gone out of their way time and time again to look for houses that may suit me and my husband. At every viewing, our encounter has been positive; their agents seem genuine, friendly people who listen to us, are knowledgable and sincere. I have every faith they'll find us our dream home soon!

Excellent service from Nadine (Bangor Office) in selling our house. Very professional in all aspects including dealing with some difficult issues along the way. Would highly recommend.

Communication very good

When we decided to put our property on the market we decided to go with Williams & Goodwin Property People. As the years went by we decided for two estate agents to sell it, and Williams & Goodwin that sold it. As I bought my property 17 years ago things have changed when selling your house that I was unaware of but explained to me as we were going along that route. It can be a very stressful time especially when there is a chain and everybody has to work together, I found Nadine Calveley at the Bangor Office to be very helpful in communication and also explaining what was going to happen, when and if I phoned the office regarding something she would either tell me then or she would phone me back. I'm glad it's all over. Thanks again Nadine we got there in the end Mr & Mrs M Healy

We sold our property and bought our new home with williams and goodwin, Bangor. We can't recommend them highly enough. We received excellent customer sercive from all the staff but especially Nadine. We were always kept informed with all aspects of the sale and purchase. We sold quickly and bought quickly with no faults thanks to this dedicated agent. They really are fantastic. Thank you!

Vanessa was very helpful during the buying process, she was always on hand with any questions I had which I found useful as a first time buyer. She kept me updated with every step of the process and explained everything thoroughly to me. Nothing was ever too much for her! Excellent service. House placed on the market quickly and we had many more viewings in a few days than other local agents achieved in over a year. Had an offer at the asking price within 5 days. Highly recommended.

Impeccable Service

The only people to keep me sane during this transaction

I have just bought a house. I chose the wrong solicitor to do the conveyancing. Glaciers move faster. Of course it was always "someone else's fault" when I got in touch with my solicitor. W&G were absolutely first class. They chased and cajoled and did everything else possible to make the deal happen ASAP. They could not have been more helpful. I was tearing my hair out by the end of the transaction because it was time specific. They were super supportive, kept me informed and just did their best to keep things moving. I never thought I would be writing a glowing review for an estate agent, but here I am and I could not be happier to do it. Next time I will even take advice from them about solicitors, because let's face it, the prices are bound to be in the same ball park (or am I being naive again) but they will actually know who can move efficiently. Top job W&G!
