Very helpful member of staff

Vanessa was very helpful during the buying process, she was always on hand with any questions I had which I found useful as a first time buyer. She kept me updated with every step of the process and explained everything thoroughly to me. Nothing was ever too much for her! Impeccable Service

The only people to keep me sane during this transaction

I have just bought a house. I chose the wrong solicitor to do the conveyancing. Glaciers move faster. Of course it was always "someone else's fault" when I got in touch with my solicitor. W&G were absolutely first class. They chased and cajoled and did everything else possible to make the deal happen ASAP. They could not have been more helpful. I was tearing my hair out by the end of the transaction because it was time specific. They were super supportive, kept me informed and just did their best to keep things moving. I never thought I would be writing a glowing review for an estate agent, but here I am and I could not be happier to do it. Next time I will even take advice from them about solicitors, because let's face it, the prices are bound to be in the same ball park (or am I being naive again) but they will actually know who can move efficiently. Top job W&G!

Very helpful team of estate agents, highly recommend!

Professional

Very smooth transaction

As first time buyers, my wife and I had no clue in purchasing a house and as soon as we had our first house visit with Tim i knew we had nothing to worry about. His knowledge was fantastic as were his ideas for home improvements. Tim was also flexible enough to meet us on his way home from work to enable us a 2nd visit which fitted around our hectic schedule. I can't say enough good things about Nadine who dealt with us for everything else. From the first phone call she was polite,professional and above all else spoke in a manor that put you at ease explaining each process step by step. Would 100% recommend this estate agents to anybody - thank you very much

Great Service for assisting in renting out my flat

Thank you to Vanessa and the team for assisting me in renting out and managing my property. Everything was taken care of and Vanessa made the process easy and stress free. Excellent personal professional service

I cannot praise Nadine enough. She was excellent. I am so grateful.

I did not know whether to buy a student let or holiday let. Nadine helped me to see that my heart was in the holiday let. She was so helpful, encouraging me to make the right decision. She helped bring the value down to a price both me and the sellers were happy with. I also want to thank Tim and other staff I have dealt with in the Bangor office.
