Superb service from Williams and Goodwin in Bangor

When I was looking around for an agent to manage my residential properties, I was lucky enough to come across Williams & Goodwin of Bangor. They took care of everything - achievable rentals, marketing activity, tenant enquiries, and all the viewings. Tim Goodwin gave me very good, realistic advice on the sort of rental levels we could achieve. The firm was really energetic in ensuring that the market knew what was available and making sure that tenant enquiries and viewings progressed smoothly. In addition to Tim, his colleagues Nadine Parry, Julia Goodwin, Vanessa Laidman Davies, Kelvin Fraser, Bethan Parry, Jonathon Lewis all helped to make sure of this stage. Excellent follow-up in terms of making sure that references were obtained and that tenancy agreements were properly prepared was provided by Emily Jacobs and Emma Jones. All in all, I have received a fantastic service from Williams & Goodwin. They are efficient, reliable, conscientious and customer oriented, as well as being good communicators. I would describe their service as 'out of this world'. I would recommend Williams & Goodwin to any residential landlord in the North Wales and Anglesey areas. M. Shoker, Bangor.

Friendly personal service

I have known Tim for many years and have used his services many times both selling and buying including at auction.. I value his judgement for the valuation and appreciate the friendly personal approach. He sold my properties quickly and efficiently keeping me informed at all times. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent team

Just bought our new home through Williams & Goodwin. Tim arranged a viewing out of his usual work hours to cater for our needs. We instantly feel in love with the house. Julia kept us informed every step of the way, so that there was no need to be thinking about anything other than the completion date for the sale. Excellent team would 100% use these guys again. Impeccable service

We have bought and sold many properties in the last 15 years and therefore have encountered many estate agents, Williams and Goodwin stand head and shoulders above the rest. From the moment Tim Goodwin came to value our house we where made to feel at ease and confident in the team. The turnaround from when we instructed them to our first viewing was a matter of days - as busy self employed people we where unable to do viewings so the team undertook all viewings for us - completely hassle free for us! The team has communicated throughly and consistently with us and the buyer leading to a speedy sale. We have felt comfortable in contacting and speeking to all the team at the Bangor branch and we will not hesitate in using them again and we will certainly recommend to our family and friend

Professional, personal and helpful,

Just bought our new home through Williams & Goodwin. The house we wished to view was arranged for the next day at a time convenient to us. We were met at the property and we're professionally shown around, the agent was knowledgeable, he didn't rush us and most importantly he wasn't pushy. He knew the property and surrounding area inside out, (it was in fact Mr Goodwin himself). We loved the property so much we made a realistic offer, the agent taking the call was enthusiastic and resourceful, I felt that she was genuinely interested in helping us get this property, after some negotiations we agreed on a price and from that moment on from offer to completion the same agent dealt with us, we were kept up to date with the whole process, when the solicitors were felt to be not moving as quickly as expected the agent was able to quickly intervene and guide both us the buyers and the seller to speed things up. In summary we have been extremely impressed with Williams & Goodwin estate agents. And wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future to buy or sell a property.

Top class, professional service throughout.

Excellent service from start to finish. A very professional organisation who go out of their way for their customers whatever the hurdles and barriers are. Very influential in pushing my deal through when neither solicitor involved appeared to be prioritising things. Pleasant, polite and well informed staff. Could not fault my experience at all.
