Efficient , friendly and professional service

Tim Goodwin gave us excellent advice on when to market our property . The house had been let for many years and needed a substantial face lift and tidy up. We were just in the process of starting the work when Tim and his staff found us a buyer. The subsequent negotiations with our buyer achieved a very realistic price for our property without any work being carried out. Well done Williams and Goodwin. We would thoroughly recommend them to you.

A real hands on approach, sets Williams & Goodwin apart from other estate agents.

When we decided to market or property, the choice of estate agent was critical to our plans. As we were on a tight schedule it was appreciated that Tim managed to fit in a appointment with us at short notice. From start to finish, I can't praise Williams & Goodwins enough, special mention goes to Julia who was our contact at the office. She was always available to keep us informed on how the viewings were going. And when we found our buyer Julia was invaluable to the smooth conclusion of the sale. After selling many houses over the years, my wife and I can whole heartedly recommend Williams & Goodwin.

Bangor office Williams and Goodwin

had my property on the market with the Bangor office and would like to praise the staff at the branch who were helpful , attentive and nothing was too much trouble . They kept me informed with every step of the process and were very informative and knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with . Nadine and venessa are a huge credit to the company and were so accommodating and professional at all times , Excellent

hassle-free, excellent

I've been dealing with 'vanessa davies' whilst looking for a house, and she has been an absolute star! I feel so comfortable with her.. Like nothing is trouble for her and she's even stayed in work late one night for me whilst we were going through my house prefrences. She keeps me updated with my prefrences all the time through email which is brilliant. She really does go the extra mile for people! Very professional, friendly and an excellent staff member, I would recommend W&G to anyone looking for a home. Thanks guys

Superb service from Williams and Goodwin in Bangor

When I was looking around for an agent to manage my residential properties, I was lucky enough to come across Williams & Goodwin of Bangor. They took care of everything - achievable rentals, marketing activity, tenant enquiries, and all the viewings. Tim Goodwin gave me very good, realistic advice on the sort of rental levels we could achieve. The firm was really energetic in ensuring that the market knew what was available and making sure that tenant enquiries and viewings progressed smoothly. In addition to Tim, his colleagues Nadine Parry, Julia Goodwin, Vanessa Laidman Davies, Kelvin Fraser, Bethan Parry, Jonathon Lewis all helped to make sure of this stage. Excellent follow-up in terms of making sure that references were obtained and that tenancy agreements were properly prepared was provided by Emily Jacobs and Emma Jones. All in all, I have received a fantastic service from Williams & Goodwin. They are efficient, reliable, conscientious and customer oriented, as well as being good communicators. I would describe their service as 'out of this world'. I would recommend Williams & Goodwin to any residential landlord in the North Wales and Anglesey areas. M. Shoker, Bangor.

Friendly personal service

I have known Tim for many years and have used his services many times both selling and buying including at auction.. I value his judgement for the valuation and appreciate the friendly personal approach. He sold my properties quickly and efficiently keeping me informed at all times. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
