I have let property via Belvoir at Basingstoke for over 14 years, and I can't praise their lettings team highly enough. Their full property management service is very good value for money - any issues are always flagged promptly, they communicate very well, they have good backup teams of contractors to provide repairs and refurbishments should the need arise, and they are excellent at attracting new tenants when a tenancy ends. They are a pleasure to deal with, and they have the knowledge to be able to provide the best advice to their landlords.

Belvoir have managed our properties since 2011. They manage them as though they were their own, from careful tenant selection, regular updates on the care of the property, advice on maintenance and always seeking the best value for money from contractors brought in for repairs. I have only praise for them; outstanding.

Recently I have rented out a property from Belvoir agency Basingstoke and I found it very helpful, professional and friendly staff members. Tracey, who provided with us viewing in was very friendly and had a professional attitude. Abi, who has done administration processes and she has answered with confidence for each question what we had about property, payments and contract. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and professional. In generally all communication was amazing with promptly answers and everything prepared for us to moved in. The Basingstoke team could not have been more helpful in dealing with letting us a property to live in during a very stressful time in our life as our own house was being altered and things on that front where tricky. But the letting team worked very hard to secure us a rental close to our own home and dealt with all the aspects of the let in a very caring and professional manner. Belvoir has managed the letting of my flat for around 15 years now and has always provided a great professional service with a personal touch that I have found is part of their company culture. The maintenance department in particular (Sandra Draper now but too many to mention in the past, thanks Helen!) are so proactive in getting things done, recommending cost-efficient replacement products from website searches and even going down to the local Argos or similar to buy a new bedside cabinet or mattress. Belvoir makes sure the tenant and landlord are both fairly treated and always acts promptly and with good, detailed communication. If a tenant changeover is necessary I have found that the letting department handles this promptly and keeps me regularly updated. I live in Australia so the personal service and attention to detail are particularly welcome for me. Highly recommended.
