Best letting agents we have ever encountered. From check-in to check-out, the team were very helpful. Their app for repairs was brilliant – we had a faulty shower and within a couple of days we had a brand new one installed. Check-out with Shahida was very smooth and thorough. Their service overall was outstanding, thanks to Kate and the rest of the team.

Belvoir were available to value my house promptly and set a reasonable and achievable price to market it at. Jamie (assistant branch manager) kept me very much in the loop with arranging viewings and providing details of the offers, Natalie (move manager) then taking over once a sale was agreed and keeping up the great contact. I felt in control of the sale throughout, never pushed into making any rushed decisions and was always given up to date information as soon as it was available. They both made what is allegedly one of the most stressful life events a total walk in the park! I would most definitely recommend Belvoir Basingstoke without any hesitation, a seamless transaction from start to finish.

I viewed a flat with Katy just before the lockdown began and fell in love. The Belvoir team have been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of buying my first property, from booking my viewing with Emily, to Jamie and Natalie checking in and Natalie helping to chase the sellers in order to complete even with all of the restrictions and uncertainty brought about my COVID-19. Highly recommend Belvoir Basingstoke. They were thorough and professional from start to finish, and helped successfully guide me through the process of selling my first home. I dealt with Jamie Bennett and Natalie Painter, who were exceptional. I credit Jamie in particular for both ressurecting and getting my sale 'over the line' when it was in serious jeopardy.
