We had an offer accepted within a month and Natalie (their move manager) was extremely helpful throughout the whole conveyancing process. She went as far as to help organise a new removal company when our own didn't turn up on the day. Would definitely recommend using them.

I was a tenant in a Belvoir (Basingstoke) property for three years. Throughout that time Belvoir have been professional, reasonable and courteous. The team are easy to get hold off, and have been excellent in keeping me up to date with any relevant issues affecting the property. There were a couple of times when the property had plumbing issues, and Belvoir were very quick to provide assistance. All necessary work was completed promptly, by capable contractors. Furthermore, on leaving the property Shahida (Belvoir property assessor) completed the checkout report, notified the landlord, and released my deposit within 24 hours.
