We have been with Belvoir since they first opened in Basingstoke. In fact I believe we were their first clients ! We have had extremely good service throughout that time, and even when we had the one and only bad let,Mike's wife Laura was able to sort it out quite quickly. The tenant had disappeared off to South America somewhere and couldn't be contacted, and so Laura managed to track down his mother, who spoke no English, and through her Spanish lessons liaise with her and sort the problem out rapidly ! We have four one bedroom houses; three in Basingstoke and one in Hook, and Belvoir always communicate with us about any problems before they go ahead and get the people in to sort them out. This gives us peace of mind as we are 'kept in the loop' at all times. We would highly recommend them to others, and have done. We wish them all the best for the future and look forward to being with them for many years to come.

Recently I have rented out a property from Belvoir agency Basingstoke and I found it very helpful, professional and friendly staff members. Tracey, who provided with us viewing in was very friendly and had a professional attitude. Abi, who has done administration processes and she has answered with confidence for each question what we had about property, payments and contract. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and professional. In generally all communication was amazing with promptly answers and everything prepared for us to moved in. First time renting

After many years of home ownership I found myself having to rent a property and was to be honest a little wary of dealing with letting agents however my experience with Belvoir Basingstoke could not have been better. When I started looking for a property they had an ideal one available and everybody I dealt with at Belvoir Basingstoke from my initial approach to moving in was professional yet friendly, from the viewing to making the neessary checks / references and the preparation of the tennency agreement and inventory check.
