Based on my previous experience I always had the management through the same developer but when I expanded into Basingstoke market the developer didn’t offer a management option so I shopped around for a management company for the first time and chose a couple potentials. From the beginning Belvoir were very responsive and offered competitive rates. Carole specifically worked with me and was a tremendous help in the handover process. She communicated everything clearly and thoroughly. Very responsive with emails. After teaming up with Belvior they spared no time and found a tenant within 2 weeks we singed and the new flat was leased. So far its been a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Belvior.
I viewed two apartments this morning with Tracey and she was very friendly (she offered to me a lift to go to the other apartment, it was very kindly! ) and at the same time professional by using the overshoes and how she showed the apartments. I really appreciate what she did .

I have been a Landlord at Crown Heights Basingstoke with 2 apartments since they were first built many years ago..must be getting on for 20 years They have both been fully managed by Belvoir (previously Redwoods) in all that time. One property is fully furnished. I highly recommend Belvoir Basingstoke to any other Landlords out there... All the staff are very professional, good humored (as you have to be in this game!) and are very experienced in choosing good tenants. Staff stay with Belvoir/Redwoods for many years which helps with continuity, but is also a good sign of a happy ship in my opinion... The regular inspections are thorough and carried out on time everytime...That's a lot of inspections of 2 apartments over nearly 20 years... I don't live locally to Basingstoke but am quite happy to leave my properties in the care of Belvoir. I have a fair number of properties in the town where I live, which I fully manage myself as I have had poor experiences down here with letting agents. Locally I hold up Belvoir Basingstoke as a model of how a letting agent should be whenever letting agents are discussed. I have been a landlord for over 20 years (and have the scars to prove it !) Mike Jones, Andrew Lowery and their team are excellent - be it Kirsty in Maintenance, Kate in Admin, Jo and Shahida in inspections / check outs and Tracey in lettings negotiations. They are certainly a cut above the rest and not the normal letting agents that can be grouped in the same pool as used car salesmen, lawyers and politicians. They are always prompt to respond, do not rip you off and Mike/Andrew gives sound and fair advice and certainly goes the extra mile. I trust them explicitly which is of paramount importance for me as I am not living near by where I can "pop round" to sort out problems myself. Mike and Andrew keep me abreast of legislation - which has become a pain of late (not them, the legislative changes!). As a consequence, I have been dealing with Belvoir Lettings (formerly known as Redwoods Lettings) since 1993, first looking after our original home which we subsequently let when we moved from the area, then sold (again through Redwoods/Belvoir) and in 2014/15 bought a number of additional properties in the area which Mike vetted for us and turned around onto the lettings market with minimum voids. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Natalie Painter helped us so much, she kept us in the loop with everything. At the top of the chain was a very difficult individual and without Natalie's effort we would probably still be trying to exchange. Thank you so much for all your efforts, it truly is appreciated.
