Fidelis has been managing my property on the rental market and has been the sole agent for the sell. The team working for Patrick is extremely professional both on the managing and selling side. Their professional advice and expertise is second to none and they have an intimate knowledge of the Bath market. We recently completed our purchase through Fidelis Estate Agents and just wanted to say how very pleased we were with the way everything was handled, from the first 'open house' through to moving day. Both Mark and Patrick responded very quickly to our (multiple) requests and soothed lots of frazzled nerves. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and if we ever move (which I seriously doubt!) would definitely look to sell through them.

Really lovely people, very helpful. It would have been 5 stars but they've been bought out recently and (as far as I can tell) have switched to using a company called Mainstay for maintenance. Their reviews are particularly poor and, from my experience so far, I can see why.

The historic reviews you see here are for Fidelis, Bath. An estate agent I used back since 2015 with great pleasure. Fidelis was well run, with excellent staff. Recently they have been taken over by Chase Buchanan of the Campions group. I used their let only service recently to relet my property, and have been astounded by their incompetence. It is frankly dangerous to landlords. Chase Buchanan have to the date of this review not provided IDs for the tenants they have moved into my property, nor the inventory. This makes it impossible for me to: 1. claim against any future damage as it cannot be demonstrated 2. claim against any person as they cannot be identified. Furthermore, I cannot now demonstrate the tenants have right to rent in the UK as Chase Buchanan are refusing to provide documents from the tenants that identify them. This was after taking 3 months to relet the central bath property. I urge fellow landlords to look elsewhere following this merger.
