Moginie James made finding the right house so much easier than the other estate agents we spoke to. Michelle made the process of buying the house as simple as it could be. We lost one house due to another estate agent not communicating with us, this is not the case with Michelle. We were kept in the loop all the way through to collecting the keys.

A big thank you to Jayne from the Sales Progression Board at Moginie James in Cardiff. Once my offer on the house was accepted, Jayne took charge of the completion process. She was very professional from beginning to end and was in full control of throughout the whole process. She was always on hand to answer any questions I had and ensured queries were dealt with quickly. Selling a house can be stressful process but Michelle in the sales progression team was fantastic support, nothing was to much trouble for her. Diligent, Punctual, Professional and Helpful

Jayne did not act for me, I was a purchaser and so she was acting for the sellers/vendors. Jayne was easy to get hold of, always called back when she said she would, made sensible suggestions, was very professional, kept the process moving, chased parties (including financial advisors, solicitors of both parties) without prompting, and made the transaction go far quicker and smoother than it otherwise would have. After dealing with Jayne and seeing was an asset she was to her clients, I would definitely instruct her in the future when I come to sell.
