Hard working and helpful !

Michelle is always willing to help with, for example, arranging for the potential buyer to visit the property Keeps all parties informed of progress and of any problems. She works tirelessly and is always pleasant to deal with.

Mogenie James sold our house.

Mogenie James sold our house. It was an excellent experience dealing with them. The firm represent quality service and value for money. Every member of the team we had dealings with was patient, courteous and helpful.. In particular our sales progression contact Michelle Lloyd was a star. She made what could have been a stressful experience rather pleasant. With a fab sense of humour she worked very hard for our benefit. Nothing was a problem for Michelle. Also our initial contact with senior sales negotiator Andrew Trinick was very helpful. I would recommend MG without hesitation. The final bill was also fair and reasonable. Thank you very much team. PS The house sold quickly

Friendly and professional

I have yet to move into my new property which I am renting from Moginie James but my experience with them so far is that they have been very friendly, helpful and professional. I met with Charlotte who initially showed me several properties (including the one I have chosen) and given that I am new to Cardiff, her warm welcome and knowledge of the area was very appreciated. I had a second viewing of the property where I was met by Adrian who was just as friendly and who helped me to take measurements for my furniture. So far I have been impressed with the professionalism of the agency. My only criticism (and it is a small one) is that the few times I have phoned the offiice, there has been no one available from the lettings team to talk to me and so I have to keep leaving messages. My experience is that contacting them by email is better..

Jill was very helpful.

Jill was my sales progressor for the purchase of my property. Jill was very helpful and attentive. Jill was always quick with communication and kept my up to date throughout the whole process.
