It's that time of year again for all the statutory checks to be made and certificates to be obtained to enable my property to continue as a HMO for a further academic year. All I need to do is rely upon the trusted team at Whitegates to continue managing my property for me. Karen has been especially helpful in ensuring everything is in place for a prompt and reliable continuation of service to facilitate the smooth transition from last year's tenants to welcome the new anticipated tenants. Marie has also been of great help along with Whitegates maintenance team who attended when necessary and were conscientious in ensuring minimum disruption and inconvenience to the tenants. The accounts team have always ensured rents are all up to date, also paperwork and bills for maintenance and repair have been handled professionally and in a timely manner. Jack Knight effortlessly signed up new tenants despite all the limitations and restrictions due to the pandemic, calling and emailing me with updates and information as and when necessary. Jordan provided excellent pictures and video recordings to assist Jack in the preliminary virtual viewings for the tenants. Olivia Clark remains a stalwart member of the sales team and along with all the letting team are wonderful assets to Whitegates. This is to be my third year with my HMO property, I have no hesitation in continuing the management of my property with Whitegates and highly recommend them.

Landlords Gas Safety Inspection has been carried out via Whitegates Beeston branch. Just a few words of thanks to the Gas Engineer, Pete, who carried out the task in a professional, thorough, friendly manner. It gives peace of mind to know that trusted, professionals are ensuring that all is safe. Also a big thank you to Karen and Marie who always respond quickly to any query or issue that arises and have been extremely helpful in sorting repairs issues.

I've been with whitegates for more than two years, so far we haven't experienced massive issues. When we needed fixing some fault in the property, Marie S. was there and supported us in resolving them. Overall, it's been a good experience.

Thank you to Whitegates Beeston for always being so helpful and professional. I have only had excellent experiences with them. Karen Hall was happy to me help me rapidly when I had an issue with my boiler and she made sure that was solved as soon as possible! The contractor Kevin was really lovely and worked exceptionally well to sort out things in the bathroom and made sure they were to a high quality standard, we were really impressed!
