I've been with whitegates for more than two years, so far we haven't experienced massive issues. When we needed fixing some fault in the property, Marie S. was there and supported us in resolving them. Overall, it's been a good experience.

Karen Hall was happy to me help me rapidly when I had an issue with my boiler and she made sure that was solved as soon as possible! The contractor Kevin was really lovely and worked exceptionally well to sort out things in the bathroom and made sure they were to a high quality standard, we were really impressed!
