Management of my property was handed over to Whitegates after I had already been at the property for a year and they were brilliant. I was looking to leave the property due to how neglectful the house owner was. But within a week of Whitegates taking over we had workmen in to fix critical issues that the owner was content to completely ignore (like working heating) and they kept up the maintenance wonderfully. I ended up staying nearly 2 more years because of Whitegates.
