Our experience with whitegates as tenants has so far been great. Really good communication from viewing to moving in. We had big issues finding a house to rent at the time, with properties selling out sometimes within minutes due to demand and after visiting many estate agents whitegates helped us with a viewing. The contract signing and paperwork was made as easy as possible and we moved in a few week later. The maintenance team have responded very quickly to issues, usually arriving the next day. Big thanks to Marie for quickly organising someone to attend and fix a leak we had recently. Only area that could be improved would be to tidy up the general appearance of the properties before tenants move in. Ours could have done with a quick paint job as areas of paint had flaked off the walls and generally looked worn and tired. However overall I would certainly recommend whitegates for anyone looking to rent.

Reka was so supportive from day 1 , right from property viewing till completing all formalities for me to move in as per agreed date. I didn't even release how the enter process semlessly completed and on time. She is very friendly and transperant. Provided / explained all information / detail that I need. Whitegates have recently helped me take out a rental agreement for a flat in Beeston. Their members of staff have been extremely professional, helpful, patient, and responsive to all of my inquiries and questions from the viewing to when I had moved in and settled in (this was my first time renting through a letting agency). Reka did a fantastic job liaising between me and the landlord to ensure that all necessary paperwork was done properly, and that the flat was in the best possible condition for me to move in. Marie then helped me sort out any issues that arose within the first few days of my moving in.
